Power System Fault Analysis
No License
This is a package to perform power system fault analysis. It follows the traditional analysis methods using the Ybus and Zbus methods along with the symmetrical components method. Provision is also provided for various types of connections of transformers and grounding of generators.
Check whether the package consists of the folowing files:
1)faultmain.m
2)dataentry.m
3)threephfault.m
4)slgfault.m
5)llfault.m
6)llgfault.m
7)Ypositive.m
8)Yzero.m
The following set of files ate .txt files which are to be opened using wordpad for proper viewing benefits
1)faultdata.txt=the data in this columnwise are faultedbus, type of fault and fault impedance
2)transformerdata.txt=HV bus, connection type, LV bus, connection type, +seq impedance, zero seq impedance
3)linedata.txt=starting bus, ending bus, +seq imp, zero seq imp, real off nominal tap, imaginary off nominal tap
4) gendata.txt=generator bus, +seq imp, zero seq imp, grounding impedance
5) output.txt=this containf the formatted output
This package gives u the option to either enter the data al over again or make modifications in the text files and run the program.
