This collection of circa forty symbolic functions and examples of their use, is intended to address the symbolic analysis of both passive and active lumped, linear, time-invariant circuits. This analysis is accomplished by decomposing a complex circuit into two-port building blocks that are recombined by placing them in series, parallel, or cascade. This is the same technique supported by the Mathwork's RF Toolbox but is symbolic rather than numeric.
