Acceleration of a Tesla Model S P100D
This model calculate the accerleration, distance, car speed, time, force, tire slip and resistance of a Tesla Model S P100D. And by changing of the input Parameters for any other car.
include:
ire slip chart, rolling resistance chart, engine torque chart, moment of intertia, car pitch, static transmission efficiency
not include, perhaps in the next version:
dynamic transmission efficiency, loaded tire radius, rolling friction coefficient as function of loaded tire, tire slip controling over a fuzzy controller, real model of a ism/ipmsm or ic engine.
Guide:
- first, load the tesla.m database with parameter charts, then the Simulink model.
- under set distance meters, mean the distance limit --> Quarter Mile etc.
- under upper and lower limit end of velocity, mean the limit of a speed barrier --> 0 -60 mph etc.
- under set 0 distance you can switching the limit as distance or speed barrier. Set 0 to distance and 1 for speed barrier.
All Units are Si, have fun.
