Derenzo phantom vertex position calculator
Version 1.0.2 (4.39 KB) by
Matthew Strugari
Calculate the position of vertices in the Derenzo resolution phantom for input into GATE PET/SPECT simulations using the quadrant repeater
This program calculates the position of each vertex of the triangular pattern in the Derenzo phantom. The vertices are used as input in the GATE Monte Carlo code according to the Quadrant repeater which is "appropriate to repeat a volume in a triangle-like pattern similar to that of a Derenzo resolution phantom." See the example implementation in the Derenzo_resolution_phantom_example.mac file.
