Spectrum Analysis with the HP 8568b / 8566b

This application communicates with both the HP 8568b and 8566b Spectrum Analyzers using HPIB. It can display spectrum measurements, max hold spectrum measurements, Harmonic Distortion, and IMD related measurements when a two tone signal is used.
The 8568b and 8566b (thankfully) share a common GPIB command set as far as I can tell, so no changes need be made to work with either.
