This file builds and evaluates Routh-Hurwitz Tables for LTI System stability analysis. It works with the two major special cases: leading zero rows and complete zero row (which implies pole symmetry). Use this file to check your math -- not do your work! My classes have been using this for years, perhaps others might find it useful too.
