# What is Finnee
Finnee is a Matlab toolbox that was developed to post processed dataset obtained using separation techniques hyphenated with high-resolution mass spectrometry. Finnee uses mzML files. Tutorials and detailed explanations can be found at https://finneeblog.wordpress.com/.

This is the final version for Finnee; it has been replaced by a new toolbox, Finnee2016, that make use of oriented object programming .
