MATSAP detects the ethological behavior in rodents known as stretch-attend posture (SAP) from an overhead projected video, thus it's name MATSAP (MATLAB + SAP). The current version conducts offline analysis of recorded videos in multi-TIFF format. For a more comprehensive description please see our publication:
