KML Google Earth File Circle Label Generation

When a coordinate is given, a KML file is generated which shows a circle on Google Earth.
When a coordinate point is provided, a KML file is generated as an output. The KML file can be opened by Google Earth. It displays a circle around the center point. This function is used in our reserch to show detected trees in a park using Google Earth software.
