Raman/Optical Mapping

Vectorizes an image and compares it against other images to determine if the images match

Takes an optical or Raman image and "vectorizes" the image by analyzing ridge orientations and assigning a unit vector along the ridge. Then compares vectorized image against other images to develop a match percentage. The code is able to identify and fix rotated images, as well as matching an image to its larger contextual area.
