Perform reciprocal blast against two databases to find RBH Orthologs
Reciprocal BLAST is a useful computational method for predicting putative orthologues between different species. It is commonly used to find best hits during handling of biological sequence databases.
This script allows you to perform local reciprocal BLAST between two datasets and provides information of true RBH orthologs, paralogs and non-homolog sequences.
The bioinformatics toolbox may be required for a successful execution.
