This filter use to create a Gaussian Filter to be used in frequency domain filterin.

σ(Sigma) is the standard deviation of the Gaussian distribution.

To use the filter :
1) Create an image in the variable img
2) call the function gfilter to create the filter of same size as that of image 'img'.
