RAPID RADIOMETRIC ENHANCEMENT OF COLORED 3D POINT CLOUDS USING COLOR BALANCING
This implementation includes modules for radiometric enhancement of colored 3D point clouds. The introduced method balances the colors of -preferably but not necessarily- overlapping point clouds in such a way that the color variances in overlapping parts of the point clouds are reduced. See other postings of the author for very fast loading and saving of n-dimensional, possibly colored and bulky point clouds. The implementation is based on "Rapid Radiometric Enhancement of Colored 3D Point Clouds using Color Balancing", U. Yilmaz and O. Hellwich, Proceedings of 3DTV-CON, pp. 1-4, 2010.
USAGE

cbalance -------> enhances point clouds radiometrically using color balancing
cbalanceTest ---> is an auxiliary module to show how cbalance works.
