Pointless. I only solved it so I wouldn't have to keep seeing it at the top of the page.
This problem suggests the need for a new Cody feature: allow users to flag questions for removal?
this is great!
Pointless
Removal is a bit harsh. However the option of 'disliking' a problem (or solution??) could be worth entertaining.
Thoughts on up/down voting a problem? The problem could be hidden (but not deleted) if it reaches a certain threshold of down votes.
I have subsequently had a few more thoughts on this:
(1) Some problems really are just spam, and there should be a mechanism for some 'senior Cody team' to delete them.
(2) Down-voted problems that are just poorly constructed would not necessarily be deleted, but could (i) be shifted out of their existing Cody problem group and into a new group called, say, "Sandbox" and/or (ii) be assigned to be worth zero points to the creator and zero points to any solvers. There could then optionally be a special mechanism with the "Sandbox" group to allow them to be upgraded if/when they have been amended into mature problems. —DIV
