Why am I unable to set the correct SampleRate on my National Instruments DSA card using the Data Acquisition Toolbox 2.5 (R14)?

When I attempt to set the SampleRate on my National Instruments DSA card, such as the PCI-4451, PCI-4452, or PCI-4472, the value is set incorrectly. For instance, attempting to set the sample rate to 51200 results in it being set to 50000.

This bug has been fixed in Release 14 Service Pack 3 (R14SP3). For previous product releases, read below for any possible workarounds:
This has been verified as a bug in Data Acquisition Toolbox 2.5 (R14).
There are currently no known workarounds.
