How to get the free trial doanload link to work?

I tried to download a free trial of matlab through my work email account a few weeks ago, and was unsuccessful. I tried again today, and I encountered the same problem.

On the free trial download page (https://www.mathworks.com/campaigns/products/trials.html), in the field that says "Download Trial Software," I get a spinning blue loading wheel that never goes away. Clicking the "continue" button continue button in this field does nothing.

Is there some trick to downloading the free trial software, or is this a bug?

I've noticed that similar parts of the site tend to completely break if my connection is much slower than 1Mbit/s. (infinite spinners, buttons that do nothing, etc) That said, I doubt you're stuck at 200 kbit/s. Certain things also tend to get broken and require a cookies and cache purge.

It's supposed to load a form. As to why it's not loading the form, it's anybody's guess.

Hmm, my connection speed is 200Mbit/s. I cleared my cookies and cahce in google chrome and am getting the same behavior. Perhaps I should try a different browser.

Successfully downloaded using a different web browser. I wonder why this issue was occuring with Google Chrome and if other users also experience it.
