how can i program the raspberry pi4 to control an ESC 4in1 for bldc motor?

i have to control 3 reaction wheels of an attitude system of a nanosatellite with an ESC 4in1 using the raspberry pi4 in simulink. The problem is that i have never worked with simulink for tasks like this. I searched on the web and i have not found anything similar.
