Error in Physical Conserving port p

Hi...
I already read the documentation in Mathworks but i still don´t understand why this error appear: Physical Conserving port p is not connected to any other physical blocks. Connect this port to another physical block.
The block is this:

The reason is that the Physical Conserving ports are not connected to any other physical blocks.
The resolve the issue, you need to connect this port to other physical blocks.
In other words, you cannot place blocks like the ones named "Connection Port" and ""Connection Port1" at the top level of a model. They can be used inside subsystems and the output port of the subsystem must be connected so something.
Look at the Simscape demo models for examples.

The image is the next... My problem exist in a Model with name "Subsystem".
Is connected to a PMC_port...

Your ports +, - and H are not connected to anything, unless there is a higher hierarchy level in the model.
