How to calculate width of QRS complex of ECG?

Hi
I have located all the waves but now I am stuck in calculating the periods like PR, QRS, ST and QRS slope. I am working on atrial flutter and ventricular arrhythmia detection but not able to calculate necessary features. Please help me with the basic programming as i have tried a lot but not succeed.

You could use the findpeaks function to detect the Q,R and S indexes on the signal.
Once you have those indexes you simply substract the timepoint of each Q from the timepoint of S.
