Will MATLAB run natively on iPads any time soon?

From a previous post (link attached below) we learned that a version of MATLAB that runs natively on Apple M1 is in development.
Does this mean that it will also be able to run natively on the upcoming A14X equipped iPad by any chance?

Apple prohibits using the Java Virtual Machine runtime on iOS.
Eventually Mathworks will finish writing the user interface without Java but it is not ready.
