Hi,
I download real-time data through the web from an excel file each 5 seconds (by web function)
Is it possible to suppress the opening of the HTML page ?
Thanks

Which function are you using to download the data? You can use websave(): https://www.mathworks.com/help/releases/R2020b/matlab/ref/websave.html, which downloads the data without opening any browser window.

Thanks you for your answer.
I used in web function.
I tried to use it, but I'm not sure it's good in my case.
I need to download an excel file from an HTML page.
If you think it is possible I would like for an example .
Thanks !

In general, I need just syntax to hide it :
system(strcat('cmd.exe /c rundll32 url.dll,FileProtocolHandler "', html_file, '" '));
OR
dos(strcat('cmd.exe /c rundll32 url.dll,FileProtocolHandler "', html_file, '" '));
(html_file = Direct link to Excel fileׁ)
It's an internal code line of web function
