What happens? Does a figure open up at all? Does it say that it can't find the file?

What image? If you have an image, why don't you have an axes and open a standard image file with imread() and display it with imshow()? Why do you have a fig file?

function form3_OpeningFcn(hObject, eventdata, handles, varargin) % This function has no output args, see OutputFcn. % hObject handle to figure % eventdata reserved - to be defined in a future version of MATLAB % handles structure with handles and user data (see GUIDATA) % varargin command line arguments to form4 (see VARARGIN)
% Choose default command line output for form4 handles.output = hObject; axes(handles.axes1); bg = imread('25.jpg'); imshow(bg); axis off;
% Update handles structure guidata(hObject, handles);
I show this image when execute this form alone , but when connected this form with other form don't show image and show axis only are you understand me?

Not really. Why don't you just save the image to disk and read it in your other GUI? Or else See the FAQ.
