Convert matrix from 2 separate sets of brackets to 1 large bracket

I have a matrix that looks like this

But need it to be formatted to something that looks along the lines of this

With only 1 large bracket and only showing the first 2 decimals

Yea, when I run my program I get a result that looks like the first photo, but I need it to display like it does in the 2nd one. Is that possible?
