why i cant get a reset password at my email?

i was use email from university. the reset password was go to it but the email i cant achieve the reset password. this app ahve the other opption to reset the password like a phone number or why this app just only single connection. because it so hard to me to reset the password. can you reset my student email and give the result at my gmail? my problem student email is ( [e-mail] ) i cant get the reset password. you just reset and confirmation to me at my personal gmail ( [e-mail] ) to reset my student email password.

Have you checked your spam folder in case the password reset message was accidentally classified as spam?

If it is not in your spam folder, I recommend you contact Customer Service for help resetting your password.
