How can I generate a simulation in Matlab with Tpwm = 100us divided into 10 parts, each one with 10us. Then create 3 sinusoidal signals, frequency = 50 Hz

the pwm generation is done by comparing your input sinus to a triangular waveform; this gives you the pwm with a sin varying duty cycle

if you low pass filter the pwm, you get again the original sinus
