Hi!
I want to save a figure generated by matlab as tiff format but in CMYK color space. The default color space is RGB. There are some posts online showing how to change from RGB to CMYK using print preview for publishing, but I would like to save my image electronically. Does anyone know how to do it?

Why? What other program is going to use it? If it's only MATLAB, then save the variable as a .mat file - that's the easiest.

http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/newsreader/view_thread/260758 shows some of the possible formulas you can apply to the RGB to get CMYK that you would then imwrite() as a TIFF file.

The above link was probably to the discussion at https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/comp.soft-sys.matlab/VwiCOEuwoTk
