thank you friend I tried but not get the desired graph,I have excel file with the first coloum is FREQUENCY, second coloum is TIME and third coloum is POWER. I want to get waterfall plot with the value of POWER depending on TIME and FREQUANCY . that is what I tried thank you.
d = xlsread('GSM900 72hour.xlsx');
a=d(:,2);
b=d(:,3);
z=d(:,4);
x=[b z a];
waterfall(x)

Do the frequency and time form a grid, that you have one power value for each possible combination of frequency and time ? If they do then you can reorder your points to create a matrix and then waterfall(unique_frequency, unique_time, power_matrix). But if they do not form a grid then it is more work to form a waterfall plot.
