Serial Communication with ADAM 4017+ Advantach

Hi,

I tried to serial communicate with advantech rs485 DAQ module through Matlab App: Instrumentation and control.

I am able to receive response as attached in figures, this DAQ is giving 3.3208 V , from sensor.

Data o Write: #011

Data format: %s\n

Response: +3.3208>

Data format: %s

Read Terminator: >

Write Terminator: CR/LF

Same procedure I tried to do in Simulink,

I can see in device Tx light blinks means write is sending data but, I cannot see the response. I have attached simulink-test file , please can you guice how can i perform same steps in simulink?
