Guess that Simulink logs data in a wrong location

Hello,
I have my Hard Drive splitted into 2 partitions. My MATLAB is installed into the secondary partition with a lot of space (more than 55GB of free space even with MATLAB installed), I am currently working on a folder located as well in the secondary partition. So, at the end only the "default" MATLAB-document folder is located in the primary drive (in the C:/Documents folder).
Nevertheless, when I execute a simulation in the working folder (secondary drive) with Simulink and log some data, I observe that the space of the primary drive is decreasing. I do not know if correlated, but when the simulation is quite long and the step-size is quite small, MATLAB closes suddenly with/without Windows message (e.g. "MATLAB has encountered an error and needs to close" or something like that). I guess that because the log happens in the primary folder while it should be in the secondary folder (where MATLAB and working folder are located).
PS: My "Data Import/Export" options of Simulink are all disabled but the 'Decimation' where I had to put 100.
Is there some option where I can control temporary data, like logged data (for visualization) are located?
Thanks!
Marco
