How to tune a bandpass filter using an existing lead-lag compensator

Hello there,

I have a lead-lag compensator with its' specific phase characteristic. How would I tune automatically a bandpass filter so that it will match the lead-lag phase characteristic? For the info, the bandpass filter I would like to tune is as per example from Matlab Simpower: http://www.mathworks.com/help/physmod/powersys/ref/multibandpowersystemstabilizer.html

What would be the suitable SIMULINK family to use? Thanks!
