What are the crucial differences in between a real life stepper motor and one modeled by Simulink/Simscape
Show older comments
I am working on a system that uses stepper motors. I am fairly new to simulink and especially simscape. I was forced to abondon building a real system due to corona virus so instead I am modeling it.
Can matlab directly model a stepper motor as if its in real life? (Exluding wearing and gear friction inside the motor)
- How would the model react to slipping / can slipping occur? - I am interested in these kinds of knowladge
Thank you for yout time,
