So I have a folder filled with about 600 .tif files of cells. I need to be able to load all of the files into matlab and then collect data from the sequence of them. I am really struggling with the best way to do this. I've tried a lot of different ways but nothing seems to be working so I was wondering if anyone else has done this before. Also I would like to be able to display all 600 images in a single window and have it play through each one (like in imageJ if anyone has used that). Thanks for the help!

Try the batch image processor app
imageBatchProcessor
Or you can also load the files programmatically and process them one by one. See examples here: https://matlab.fandom.com/wiki/FAQ#How_can_I_process_a_sequence_of_files.3F
