The online prices represent individual (named user) licenses. Network licenses can have a fairly different pricing structure. Generally speaking, the more you are willing to lock down a license for a particular user, the less expensive the license, and the more more people who can potentially use the license, the more expensive it tends to be. "Floating licenses", which are available on a "first come, first served" basis ("any 10 people simultaneously") tend to be the most expensive.
