I want mathematical equations the size and length of a helix

Generally you can consider this to be a curved cylinder, its volume is would be V=pi*r^2*h, where h is the height and r is the radius. In your case the height h is the length of the curve in the center. If you have a parametrization of it of the form

and the Volume become V = pi*r^2*L
