Polyspace codeprover shows CO_E_SERVER_EXEC_FAILURE error

Hi,
Can someone explain me the following Polyspace error occcred while running code prover with gnu7.x compiler and target processorr type_x86_64.
Same project worked fine with bug finder.
"File Message Error: 80080005 Server execution failed (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80080005 (CO_E_SERVER_EXEC_FAILURE)). Source: mscorlib HelpLink:"
