I assume that you are talking about Simscape Multibody (formerly SimMechanics) and facing problem in installing it from the URL shown in the image. I tried to reproduce similar behavior on my end. I’m successfully getting the URL to Simscape Multibody Add on. Please provide reproduction steps.

Do you have permissions to write to the Program Files directory on your hard drive? If this is a shared computer (say in a computer lab at a school) where the Program Files directory is only writable by administrators and you aren't an administrator on the machine, you should contact the administrators.
