How to superimpose multiple images and then save the figure?

This is the data set I have and I want to superimpose all of these images to achieve one image (refer second image).

P.S I have MATLAB 2015

You can average them to achieve the desired result.

sumImage = double(image1)+ double(image2)+ double(image3)+ double(image4) + ...... etc.
meanImage = sumImage / numberOfImages;

I have tried both of them and they both dont resolve my issues.

This is what I get after taking the sum of training image and averaging it.

Can you try the average code by replacing double with im2double
