Why can't arduino read .csv file created by GUI from MATLAB?

Hi,
I am creating a gui that saves the data to a .csv file. But, when I put the .csv file onto the sd card, and tried to read the file from arduino, it does not want to read the .csv file, any idea why? Thank you.
