Downloading problem of installing support package for USRP radio

I cannot download the third party software UHD Firmware and FPGA Images when installing Communications Toolbox Support Package for USRP Radio. Later I try to install the SupportPackageDownloader but after unzipping it, an error exist(err-6: err_file_not_found). Also a clean reinstallation failed. I tried it for several times but the third party software just cannot be downloaded.
