Sisotool and rltool don't show damping and natural frequency.

In sisotool and rltool, my status bar doesn't show the damping and natural frequency because of an aligning error. I can read as far as the real part of the pole location while dragging it over the locus line, the rest is cut off and I can't seem to recover it. How can I fix this?
