Automatic download of Banca d'Italia exchange rates time series

I need to download exchange rates time series from Banca d'Italia site. Currently i do this using this page:url='https://tassidicambio.bancaditalia.it/timeSeries'and filling it manully. Now i'd like to download automatically with code (specifying in code dateFrom dateTo currency(Euro) and base currency (USD) .How can I do?
