How can I solve a vehicle routing problem with time window using genetic algorithm?

the outline of my problem is that from a common depot I want to serve 15 different customers located in 15 different location in the allocated time. Now I want to solve the problem using genetic algorithm in MATLAB. I have no idea about programming. suggest some way or help me with the codes.
