Kronker Product of Matrix which its elements are cell .

I want to kronker prduct to matrix that their elements are cell ( more acuratly each of the elements of these matrices are themselves square matrix ).

As for the calculation, if the crystal ball is right, it's suggesting cellfun would be the way to do the computation...
