calculate the kth percentile for each element

I have a vector of a large number of dat i and I want to know what the percentage weight is for each element, I try to explain myself better, I want the data I have to be rescaled in percentage taking into account the weight it has compared to the others. Obviously they will have to vary between 0 and a hundred. It is as if I want an inverse function of the percentiles, it is as if I wanted to calculate the kth percentile for each element
