Help to convert r2018b slx simulink to r2016b or r2018a

Please help, I have a small model I've created a while ago with r2018b matlab. On the computer I'm using now r2018b is unavaiable. I can't open the simulink model.
I was wondering if someone with r2018 can open it with simulink and export it with File > Export Model to > Previous Version and send the file to me.
