Best way to remove UNWANTED 50Hz from the signal vector

I have experimental data which contain frequencies 5Hz-50kHz and some unwanted power supply leakage of 50Hz. How to filter 50Hz or 49-51Hz range?

You can use a notch filter. See documentation and example below
