Code for a band pass filter used on data in excel sheet?

I have a set of data in an excel sheet. The plot of this data contains several frequencies and I only wish to study the amplitude of my samples at a set frequency. Can someone help me generate a filter that will allow me to study the amplitudes of a small frequency range?
