I am trying to install MATLAB R2018b, but I got an error

I have a new computer and try to install MATLAB I had it an old computer.
Then I got an error while installing.
Extract Error
The following error was detected while installing 3p/jre_win64.
C:\Users\....\_temp_matlab_R2018b_win64\archives\win64\Uninstaller181_win64.zip (The system cannot find the path specified)
I read the Q&A on this site and tried to install install_addon.m, but it doesn't go through.
Please advise.

All users with a valid license get install support from MathWorks. If you've already tried the options on the Install, Activation and Startup page, consider reaching out to technical support.
