The problem of serial communication in the automatic code process of simulink

I completed serial port communication by using the simple example provided by simulink, which can monitor data from serial port. But I want to use simple power system to transmit data to port. At this time, although there is no error in compiling and downloading, there is no way to get data from serial port.
