How to renewal license?

Every time I open MATLAB, I get a message on the command window that my license will expire in (x) days. I updated, reactivate and restarted the license, program, and computer respectively but the message still keeps popping up. I'm using MATLAB under a total academic headcount license. If there is a way to renew my license please let me know.

Total Academic Headcount (TAH) licenses are always managed by a license administrator rather than as individual licenses. Your license administrator needs to do the updating of licenses on the license server.

Need to be signed in the app, upper right corner
Then: Ribbon, Resources, Help, Licensing
